It says, roughly, a body was found chopped into pieces, with a note that said "Watashi wa Kira dess" attached.
I don't know if I should be embarrassed as an anime fan... or run out and buy a bunch of the 'Death Note' manga to sell on the European black market once they BANNINATE it.
What's really funny is I found out about it right after changing my 'Death Note' mini shitajiki calendar to October and musing how awesome Light looks with that scythe in hand. .^^
