I just found out an old high school friend of mine died last Saturday. He committed suicide.
It's sad, but... "high school friend" really means "person I haven't talked to in seven years," so it's not like I'm too badly affected. It's just...strange.
And I'm going to Disneyland tomorrow.
And we're all cosplaying, of course, because we can't go anywhere as a group without pretending to be little tennis boys. But really... Amber as Mizuki and Heather as Yuuta + Usagi as Tezuka and Sihaya as Fuji = I'll probably be spending the weekend surrounded by pairings I hate. But I'll deal, for once. I'll turn away, or at least try to, if it starts to bother me. .>_>
In the very least, I'm doing Tachibana, and Alie said we can get Tachibana/Renji pictures. .^_____^
And finally...I've inherited two more finches. .o_o A friend of mine needed to get rid of some of her multitude of birds, so I took the finches. One of them is a Fancy Zebra, and is quite lovely. The other is his hybrid baby, and is all light light silver colored, with a touch of orange on its tail (I haven't figured out if it's male or female yet..).
Unfortunately, they're not getting along with the other two (well...really with just Al - Scar's friendly with everyone). So I had to get a tiny little cage to keep them in for now. After I move I'll get a big cage and...try again with mixing them.
They need names though... I'm thinking Hughes and Wrath......
