Aug. 12th, 2006 12:09 amI had THE biggest bitch of a "guest" come through my lane today. .>_>
She had bought, among other things, a shirt, so I took it off the hanger like I'm supposed to do, and she asked if she could keep the hanger. I told her that we reuse them, so I couldn't give it to her. She became the biggest bitch ever. She also bought something kind of big, and I usually save the big things to bag last, as they take more time (I can't just toss them in a regular-sized bag, have to dig out the large bags and unfold it and blah blah blah), so I rang up her big item and put it aside and she said "can I get that in a bag, or do you reuse them too?"
...
Ok, ya dumb cunt, that was uncalled for.
So I bagged her whatever-it-was and told her her total and she held out a $20, which I took. As I was getting her change she started going on with "you don't snatch the money out of my hand. Now you give me my change easy like. Don't need to do no snatching out of my hand" and so on and so on.... and so on and so on.
This is where I note: I did NOT "snatch" the bill out of her hand. I took it from her like I take money from everyone else.
I gave her her change, nice and "easy like," then put on the most sickening sweet smile and said in my happiest, most girlie voice "have a great day." Yes, just to patronize her.
I did NOT add "be careful you don't get hit by a car in the parking lot. And drive safely! You never know when a semi truck will come out of nowhere and HIT YOU," because then it would be too obvious I was fantasizing her demise.
All that over a stupid hanger. .... WE ARE NOT YOUR FREE-FUCKING-HANGER DEPOT!
After she left, the lady behind her, who had witnessed the whole thing, said "you must have a huge amount of patience, I don't think I would have let anyone talk to me like that.." and praised me on handling it very well. .^_^
I win, bitch! XD
But that has nothing to do with the subject heading. X3
All the crazy-ness of work is instantly negated, because my Tabby is here!!! .^___________^
She's visiting for the next few days. =3 And we're gonna have FUN!! .^__________^
