ticket... GET-O!
Nov. 13th, 2006 12:58 pmw00t~ Looks like they added two more Rikkaimyu shows during the time I'll be in Japan. ::thumbs up:: This is good, as more showings means more chances I'll be able to get ticket. (though I don't envy how hard my little tennis boys will be working that month .^^ ♥ )
I was hoping Hi-chan would be willing/able to get tickets for me, but she said no. =( Though, she also didn't help Hiku and them get Rokkakumyu tickets over the summer, so I know it's not just me. When I e-mailed her she said it's just becoming too hard to get them, so she didn't want to tell someone she would/could, then not be able to and have to let them down. So that's understandable. (though if I have to go through the auction sites anyway, I don't see why she couldn't at least bid for me...... .>_> but whatever, I'll work around it)
So. I e-mailed the owner of the hostel I'll be staying at, asking if it would be alright to have the deputy service I'll get the ticket through send it right there, since I'm fairly sure there won't be time for it to get to the deputy service's warehouse, then to me in America. The deputy's site says specifically that they will send concert/show tickets to hotels if necessary, and the hostel owner said it'd be ok, so that's the route I'll go. Get ticket through auction through deputy service, have them send it to hostel, pick it up when I get there. WORK!
Tickets go on sale this Saturday, which works out wonderfully, since I get paid on Friday, so I'll be able to pay for it without using any of the other Japan-money I've saved.
I'm still a bit uneasy about the whole thing, but everything else has worked out decently ok-ish, so I've got my fingers crossed and am hoping for the best.
And now, I run off to class~
Next post = about how I'm scheduled to work 36 hours next week! =D That's right, kids; officially only 4 hours short of an actual full-time workweek! =D
