Done! .... almost..
Mar. 29th, 2007 02:41 pmWell, got one report+presentation out of the way. Only two left to go! =D
I personally think oral reports are the devil, and should be considered some form of cruel and unusual punishment. There's no reason for them except to make students nervous and pukey. The last three I had to do I was a wreck, trembling and stuttering the whole time.
But this one, it was ok.
I was nervous beforehand, all day yesterday and this morning, but once I got up there and started talking...I just rambled on and on and a presentation came out of it.
Maybe because I was really quite interested in the subject (hellllloooooooo Takarazuka!), or maybe I've gotten really used to babbling mindlessly because I've been spending so much time with Née-chan and when I'm around her I just can't shut up. .^^** (I swear, by this point she knows everything about PoT, yet has never seen it. my sister, her, and I went out to eat the other day and I made a random comment of "kick to the head!" and my sister was like "wha?" and Née was like "it refers to these anime characters, and one is always making stupid puns, and his doubles partner kicks him in the head for it...." ... I was amused. X3 )
So yes. Report 1 done. Next is a comparison report for my Asian art history class, which will SUCK SO HARD 'cause I have no idea what to say or how to organize my thoughts. .-_- But at least I don't have to do a presentation for that one.
Then one more, a research paper. I've chosen the topic 'Women in Japanese Theater'. Should be fun. Plus, I've devised a way to have a whole section of it on Tenimyu. X3 Because while there aren't any women actors in that series, the entire fandom is girls. XD And that'll make it easier, because I can speak from personal experience. ::thumbs up::
AH paper due the day after Easter, WS paper and presentation due the week after that.
